ARC, visual artists' collective from Greece issues an Open Call for entries to visual artists across Greece for a portfolio review that will take the form of an art show in Athens in April 2019. The Open Call is addressed to 25-45 age-old visual artists whose main means of expression is painting, printmaking (etching/engraving), art photography, sculpture and installation, and they reside in Greece, independently of their origin, as long as they speak either fluent Greek or English. The collective looks into collaborating with the selected artists in its projects in Greece and to select new members in the process.
Who can apply
Visual artists who reside in Greece, speak fluent Greek or English, preferably but not conditionally 25 – 45 years old are eligible to apply in the Open Call. Deadline: March 15, 2019 at 23:59'.
The applicants must send via email and/or wetransfer at arcgreece@gmail.com the following:
ARC will respond with a touchbase message to anyone sending in the requested material. After reviewing the material and perhaps after a clarifications communication, the collective will send proposals to those selected.
The initial application, reception of the artists' material and portofolio review of the material sent is totally free of charge. However, if selected, artists may be proposed to participate into projects requiring the coverage of costs, which will be noted properly.

ARC is an independent collective of visual artists, founded in Thessaloniki, Greece in 2018, consisting of 14 permanent members and more than 50 affiliates from all over Greece, and has so far presented actions, projects and exhibitions, both commercial and non-commercial.
