Iason Kaerofylas was born in London, UK, to Greek parents. He studied Art Theory and Philosophy at Central Saint Martins, and has worked as a curator, art scout and Art Consultant with British and European art galleries, and as an Art Market Analyst with Media and Foundations. He has worked as an Adjunct Professor of European Art History at the Lindenwood private university (Saint Charles, Missouri, 1992 - 1994). He currently resides in Setubal, Portugal.
